Connie Lopez brings more than 18 years of consulting and entrepreneurial experience to Insight to Action with a focus on strategic competitive analysis, market clearing demand-price analysis, acquisition strategy, process improvement and market segmentation. Her experience encompasses the business to business industries of building materials, automotive, media and construction equipment and the consumer focused industries of financial services and packaged goods.
Ms. Lopez began her career at Booz, Allen & Hamilton working on strategic marketing initiatives of price management, promotion management and salesforce management for companies like Armstrong World Industries, Federal Mogul, Stouffer’s, and Tropicana. She has also led projects for The Cambridge Group and Orrington Strategies with clients like R.R. Donnelly, Clorox and Quaker. She has managed numerous quantitative projects using methods such as mathematical modeling, discrete choice and cluster analysis.
In addition to her extensive consulting experience, Ms. Lopez has entrepreneurial experience in healthcare as the co-owner of a medical practice where she changed billing processes to increase practice profitability by 50% in six months.
Ms. Lopez holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Case Western Reserve University. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Harvard University where she began her first business endeavor running a café catering to college students.
