Outdoor Wear Loyalty Program Study 2023 (Quantitative)
Client desired to better understand drivers of loyalty for silver/gold/platinum tiers of their direct to consumer outdoor wear loyalty program and if there was a way to create new tiers or induce existing members to spend more and become a higher tier. Contributed todesign of survey, management of survey in field, data analysis, creation of deck report, and presented deliverables to the client.
Protein Shake & Powder Ethnographies Study 2023 (Qualitative)
Team member for ethnographies of protein shake & powder consumers in four cities (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago) to better understand existing profiles of consumers. Contributed to the interviewing for six ethnographies, acted in a support role in others, collaborated on the deck report.
Chris has an M.A. in philosophy from Georgia State University and a B.A. from Hampshire College in comparative literature & philosophy. Chris has years of experience teaching, freelance writing op-eds, and is passionate about how to most succinctly tell practical stories informed by qualitative and quantitative research.
