Ms. Abramovitz is a Consultant with Insight to Action. Recent assignments include market sizing and foodservice market assessment in the protein-based snacks and appetizers category.
She previously worked at the National Academy of Sciences as a Research Intern, and for Fluid-Screen, a biotech startup in the bacterial detection space. While working at The Picower Institute for Learning & Memory for MIT, she co-authored a scientific publication in Nature Neuroscience.
Ms. Abramovitz majored in Biology at MIT where she was chosen for the Academic Excellence award. She has a PHD in Philosophy from Boston College, and is a Postdoc at Princeton University.
She has a long-term personal interest in plant-based food science and go-to-market applications.
