Sue Lai brings more than 20 years of business experience to Insight to Action. Her expertise includes brand management, new product development, and finance.
She started her career in finance at Ernst & Young with clients in the financial services and manufacturing sectors. After ten years in finance she transitioned to brand management and managed several flagship businesses including Salad Dressings and Miracle Whip at Kraft Foods and Chef Boyardee at ConAgra Foods. Most recently, Ms. Lai was responsible for new product development at Barilla and led the global launch of Barilla Microwave Meals in the US and Europe.
Ms. Lai holds an MBA with concentrations in marketing, strategy, and finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois – Urbana, Champaign and is a certified public accountant.
