Michal Clements is an independent marketing strategy consultant, founder and CEO of Insight to Action, LLC. She began her consulting career at Booz & Co, followed by over ten years at The Cambridge Group before starting her own firm. Ms. Clements is also the co-author of a book published in 2011: “Tuning into Mom: Understanding America’s Most Powerful Consumer”.
Ms. Clements specializes in understanding B2B and B2C customers to drive action oriented recommendations and business strategies for consumer products, financial services, and business-to-business clients.
Her recent assignments include the following: (1) China market and four country global segmentation for an HBA product, (2) due diligence for a private equity firm on a healthy beverage product, (3) global demand analysis and B2B customer interviews for a healthy food product, (4) demand identification and product development for a better for you foodservice product portfolio, and (5) life insurance sales and marketing strategy development.
Ms. Clements holds an MBA with a Finance concentration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Wharton with majors in Marketing and International Business. Michal is the Communications Committee Co-Chair of the Trustees Council for Penn Women and a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
