Lynn Lipsig brings more than 20 years of strategic planning and operating experience to Insight to Action. She assists her clients in developing profitable growth strategies that leverage consumer insights, segmentation and targeting, and brand and portfolio strategy optimization.
Ms. Lipsig’s consulting experience includes directing consulting projects for The Cambridge Group focused on identifying market-driven growth strategies for Fortune 100 clients in the CPG, consumer electronics, financial services and health care industries.
Prior to consulting, she was Director of Corporate Marketing at Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the worlds largest financial derivatives exchange, where she was responsible for developing global brand management strategies.
Ms. Lipsig’s experience also includes product management roles with the Quaker Oats Company, where she led all marketing and general management initiatives for a $100 Million line of ready to eat cereals, and trade and consumer brand management experience at Kraft Foods, where she optimized marketing and promotional programs across the grocery, club, and mass merchant channels.
She began her career with the DDB Needham Worldwide advertising agency (DDB), developing customer-driven marketing and media strategies for both consumer product and retail clients.
Ms. Lipsig holds an MBA with concentrations in marketing and finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She received a B.B.A. in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
