Julie Zaideman brings 25+ years of consumer & market research experience to business issues. Her expertise is in clearly defining the business issue, then working creatively to find the right research approach. She is particularly adept at Consumer Segmentation and Insight, Latina Insights, New Product Development and analysis that leads to actionable Growth Strategies.
Ms. Zaideman developed her research expertise at Leo Burnett, Helene Curtis, Sara Lee Bakery and Kraft Foods and Alberto Culver. These career experiences provided exposure to a wide range of consumer product categories such as hair care, frozen pizza, baked goods, and side dishes. She has been an integral member of numerous new product launches. She is a good listener–whether understanding business issues or uncovering consumer needs & desires. And, importantly, she has a bias toward pragmatic approaches that lead to action.
Ms. Zaideman also has experience in the non-profit sector with the Environmental Careers Organization (ECO) and Women Employed.
She received her B.S. from the University of Illinois and her M.S. from George Williams College.
